Every week you can choose different subjects that would like to study.

These subjects are made to meet your interests and allow you to have a good time while studying various things about Japan.

	Traditional Culture	Here students can study Japanese Traditional culture and research about the roots of Japanese culture.
	Geography of Japan	Japan is a small country but culture of every district is unique and can be interesting for foreign students. We create an "Antenna shop"(An Antenna shop provides travel information of a certain prefecture. Every prefecture has an Antenna shop and welcomes tourists, so they put great effort into making these shops enjoyable.), tourist pamphlets in the lesson. It's a good way to study culture of different districts in Japan.
	Sub- Culture	Students study Japanese Sub -Culture such as manga, anime, games, and fashion. Students will have the opportunity to go on excursions to Harajuku and Akihabara.
	Etiquette and Manners	Here students study unique Japanese etiquette and manners. There is also a special lesson conducted by the teacher from a professional school.
	Magazines and Newspapers	The students themselves become editors and the reporters, investigate various topics and make a report about it.
	Cooking	While making Japanese home cooking and home cooking of their native country, they learn new lexical vocabulary and cooking methods. Sometimes our school invites Japanese guests and holds an international party.
	Photo Contest	We hold a photo contest among the students and establish the prize for the Winner. Students take photos and create the stories about them. All these help to stir students' imaginations and raise their creative power.
	Pamphlet and Advertisement	Students create pamphlets and advertisements about the school and peripheral area. While gathering the materials they think about an effective way to catch people imagination. Cooperating with classmates students write articles.
	Conversation	In this lesson a small group of students play role games and practice conversation skills that they can use in different situations.
	Discussion	Teachers decide a theme and students discuss it. They learn how to express their opinion make a debate. Our students have the opportunity to meet with students from other schools and discuss various topics.
	Dialects	Students learn about different dialects by singing songs and watching Japanese dramas. Learn the differences between Japanese dialects, culture and traditions of various districts in Japan. Students have the opportunity to learn pronunciation from native speakers from various districts.
	Pronunciation	Japanese pronunciation may be difficult for foreign students so they study it intensively with native speakers in the lesson.
	Dramas	Here students learn words they don't use in everyday classes. They can feel Japanese culture through the drama.
	Songs	Students listen to old and new songs of different genres, try to understand the meaning, learn different expressions and new words. They also translate songs of their own country into Japanese language, explain meaning and culture aspects to other students.
	TV	Students watch famous Japanese shows, documentary movies and news.
	Walking around Aoyama	Aoyama is famous for high-class brand shops, historical places and museums. While walking around Aoyama students can enjoy Japanese life and culture.
	Studying by Observation	Students visit various places such as factories, museums and libraries.
	Magazines and Newspapers	Students can enjoy reading famous Japanese peoples' interviews. They practice their reading skills and try to read large amount of in formation in a short period of time If you understand Japanese society and culture life will become more interesting.
	Novels	Students keep reading books at their own pace and discuss them in the lesson. Let us enjoy reading together.
	Reading Aloud	While reading different kind of sentences students learn intonation, pronunciation and prominence. They chose the book and read it aloud in the lesson.
	Speed Reading	Students practice Fast Reading, scanning and skimming.
	Communication Games	To learn how to make a contact with people students play communication games. Sometimes international meetings with Japanese volunteers are hold in school.
	Board Games	Students play various kinds of entertainment and board games. In the end they create their own board game and play it with classmates.
	Card Games	While playing unique Japanese card games such as Caruta (カルタ), Hyakuninisshyu(百人一首) students learn Japanese language and Japanese culture. They also have the opportunity to make their own card game.
	Kanji	Lesson for students who want to improve their skills in writing and reading Kanji.
	Supplementary Lessons	If you did not understand something in your class you have the opportunity to take individual lessons.
